International Business Integrator
I integrate scalable systems, software and operations for busy business owners globally.
Integration is the distinction. A consultant produces recommendations. An operator executes inside one company. An integrator connects the parts: the software to the process, the process to the people, and the people to a standard that holds after the engagement ends.
The “international” qualifier is literal. The work is delivered to owners globally rather than within a single market, and the systems are built to be portable — a documented process that survives a change of country, currency, or staff is a different artifact from one that lives in a founder's head.
Because most operational advice fails at the handoff. A strategy deck is not an operating system. The measure of an integrator's work is what still functions six months after they leave — which is why the output is documented systems and standards rather than recommendations.
JT Taylor has spent more than fifteen years in C-suite operational roles and has scaled organizations representing over $1B in cumulative revenue. The work has spanned twelve distinct sectors, which is the origin of the integrator thesis: the operating problems repeat, the vocabulary changes.
Each of these exists because operations is under-served in a different direction: training, standards, and ownership of audience.
