Come on The Operator Reacts
Your story, your expertise, and one piece of advice we both react to. The whole point is impact: if it helps a business owner, an entrepreneur, or anyone building something, it did its job. You do not have to be famous. You have to know something worth knowing.
Your story
It starts with something personal about you, your business, or both.
Your expertise
Then the part you actually know, the thing people come to you for.
One piece of advice
Advice you give people, or advice you were given. Your pick.
We both react
We react to it together. You say what actually happens. I add what I would install.
The back and forth
Then we let it run, because the banter is half the fun.
Your plug
At the end you get one plug for your business, your product or your service.
The whole point is impact. If it helps a business owner, an entrepreneur, or anyone building something, it did its job.
- A run of show, before we record. You never walk in cold. I send it ahead of time, with talking points if you want help steering the conversation.
- Remote video, about thirty minutes recorded. One link, your own desk, no travel.
- You get the clips to promote. Cut for your channels, sent to you, yours to use.
- One plug at the end. The episode is not a sales call, but you have earned the room, so you get a clear run at the end for your business, your product or your service.
- Free. You never pay to appear. Not now, not later, not for a better slot.
Two requirements. A professional camera and microphone, because the episode ships as video and a laptop webcam will not carry it. And a willingness to be specific: real numbers, real decisions, the part most people leave out.
Any expert who can help an owner
If your work touches how a business actually runs, there is an episode in it. Marketing, finance and pricing, legal, HR and hiring, technology and AI, sales, supply chain and operations. Equally psychology, mindset, health and the personal side, because what happens in an owner's life shows up in the business a quarter later.
Owners and operators who have run the thing themselves are just as welcome. You do not have to be famous. You have to have done it.
Tell me what you run
Short answers are fine. I read every one of these myself.
